Class Etiquitte
• Please come to class at least 15 minutes early.
• Classes start on time and are on a first come first serve basis.
• If you registered online, please come at least 10 minutes before class to secure your spot.
• Stay hydrated! Drink water before, during and after class. Replenish your electrolytes(eat a banana, put a tablespoon of salt in a liter of water, etc).
• Please remove your footwear when you enter the studio.
• Classes are done barefoot.
• Let your teacher know before class if you are new, have an injury/medical condition or are pregnant.
• Hot yoga is not recommended if you are pregnant.
• Please speak quietly in studio as classes may be in session.
• Silence in the yoga room please. This is so you can relax free of distraction. Please respect fellow yoga practitioners.
• Respect your neighbor’s space.
• Cell phones must be turned off or to silent.
• Please avoid wearing perfumes or strong scents.
• Leave all personal belongings at home, or in designated areas at the studio.
• Rest whenever you need to, in either savasana or balasana(child’s pose).
